Zorg ervoor dat u onze algemene voorwaarden leest en begrijpt voordat u een aankoop doet bij DIGITAL PLANET. Onze IPTV-abonnementsplannen (alleen digitaal) bieden toegang tot live tv-kanalen, video-on-demand films en tv-programma's.
Als u zich abonneert of bij ons koopt, erkent u en gaat u akkoord met de onderstaande voorwaarden.<\/p>

Minimaal toegestane leeftijd<\/strong>
Om je op ons te abonneren en van de diensten van DIGITAL PLANET te kunnen genieten, moet je ten minste 18 jaar oud zijn.<\/p>

Toegestane verbindingen per abonnement<\/strong>
Elk abonnement staat slechts 1 verbinding toe.
Als je meer dan 1 verbinding gebruikt, worden je abonnement en IP-adres opgeschort door de provider zonder dat je geld terugkrijgt.<\/p>

Het aantal live tv-kanalen & VOD <\/strong>Kanalen en VOD kunnen op elk moment en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd, bijgewerkt of verwijderd.
Elke verandering in de categorie\u00ebn of in de inhoud kan op elk moment gebeuren.
DIGITAL PLANET heeft geen controle over de geleverde inhoud of EPG of eventuele updates daarvan.<\/p>

Onacceptabel gebruiksgedrag<\/strong>
DIGITAL PLANET staat geen enkel type re-streaming, overdracht van de inhoud of distributie van de geleverde inhoud toe.<\/p>

Kwaliteit van de geleverde inhoud<\/strong>
Door de aard van IPTV en de factoren waar het van afhangt, zoals internetprovider, internetsnelheid, bandbreedte, streamingbronnen en vele andere variabelen, kunnen we niet garanderen dat de inhoud altijd 100% zal werken, het is mogelijk om problemen te vinden zoals bufferen, bevriezen of niet werkende inhoud.
Zorg er daarom voor dat je een snelle internetverbinding hebt en dat je internetprovider IPTV-servers toestaat om de kans op problemen te verkleinen.
Houd er rekening mee dat het delen van je abonnement ook zal leiden tot onmiddellijke be\u00ebindiging zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.<\/p>

Proxy \/ VPN gebruiksbeleid<\/strong>
Het gebruik van Proxy \/ VPN-toepassingen of -servers is niet toegestaan en kan leiden tot opschorting van de service zonder restitutie.<\/p>

Niet-ondersteunde landen<\/strong>
Onze service werkt overal ter wereld ALS je internetprovider onze services niet blokkeert.<\/p>

Kosten voor gegevensgebruik<\/strong>
De klant is verantwoordelijk voor alle uitgaven of kosten in verband met zijn gegevensgebruik of internetkosten.<\/p>

Verstrekte informatie<\/strong>
Alle verstrekte informatie of gegevens moeten accuraat zijn.
U moet de eigenaar zijn of het recht hebben om de betalingsmethode te gebruiken die wordt gebruikt om een product van ons te kopen.<\/p>

Aanpassingen aan onze Algemene voorwaarden<\/strong>
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden kunnen op elk moment en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden aangepast.
Inclusief ons Privacybeleid, met of zonder kennisgeving aan de Klant. Dergelijke wijzigingen worden onmiddellijk van kracht na openbaring. Als u na een dergelijke wijziging gebruik blijft maken van onze service en deze site, betekent dit dat u deze aangepaste voorwaarden erkent.
Het aantal kanalen en films in de VOD-bibliotheek kan worden gewijzigd op basis van de update die we elke week uitvoeren.<\/p>

Prijzen<\/strong>
De door DIGITAL PLANET aangeboden diensten kunnen op elk moment en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd en bijgewerkt.
Kortingen en promoties kunnen altijd plaatsvinden, maar als een dienst v\u00f3\u00f3r de aanbieding is gekocht, kan deze niet worden terugbetaald om van de aanbieding gebruik te maken.<\/p>

Inschrijvingsgegevens<\/strong>
Je moet de details en instructies volgen voordat je een IPTV-abonnement van ons koopt of in geval van problemen.<\/p>

Opschorting en uitvaltijd<\/strong>
naast ons recht en onze voorwaarden om het abonnement te be\u00ebindigen of uit te schakelen, bevestigt en gaat u akkoord met downtime in geval van serveronderhoud of problemen met updates of servers, waarvan u niet op de hoogte wordt gesteld voordat ze optreden.
Alle mededelingen en voorwaarden die worden gedaan of aangeboden in overeenstemming met deze Overeenkomst moeten in de Engelse taal zijn. We hebben de bevoegdheid en het recht om uw gebruik van de services of toegang tot inhoud op elk moment onmiddellijk te be\u00ebindigen of te beperken, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving of aansprakelijkheid, in het geval DIGITAL PLANET naar eigen goeddunken besluit dat u een van de bovenstaande voorwaarden, een wet of voorschrift met betrekking tot inhoud hebt overtreden, waaronder
